Q. Why should I book my party with Altitude Grapevine?

A. Birthday parties at Altitude Grapevine are unlike any other. Parents, all you have to do is show up! Our management team and highly trained party hosts will take care of the rest…from set-up to clean up and everything in between. We are known for providing a very high level of customer service to our guests, and we will undoubtedly go above and beyond to give you an enjoyable and memorable party experience. With over 30,000 square feet, Altitude Grapevine guarantees a fun time for children and adults alike!

Q. How do the parties work? What is the schedule?

A. After your guests check in at the front-desk, our cashiers will direct them to your reserved party table. Your party is a two-hour duration, which will include jump time, food, and cake. Your private dodgeball game is typically 45 minutes into the party, but it will be scheduled through your party host and they will relay that time with you. Food is typically served about an hour into the party. Cake can be served immediately following food, or during the last 15-20 minutes of your party. If time allows, presents can be opened at the park.

Q. What does the ATP personal party host do?

A. Our highly trained party hosts are responsible for all the work that comes in hosting a party.  Overall, they are responsible for the flow of your party. Your party host will set up your table, serve food/cake, and clean up your table, all the while ensuring all guests enjoy the party.

Q. What do I need to bring?

A. You are more than welcome to bring a birthday dessert (cake, cookies, cupcakes) and goody bags if you’re planning on giving them out to your guests.  Don’t forget to bring the birthday child!  

Q. Can I bring my own decorations?

A. Yes, if you would like to bring your own decorations for a themed party, you may. However, we do provide tablecloths, balloons, plates, napkins, forks, knives, spoons, cake-cutters, candles, and lighters if you choose to not bring any decorations.

Q. Can I bring my own food/drinks?

A. Bottle water is included in the party packages as is provided for all party attendees, but we do not allow outside food/drinks in the park. Any outside food/drinks (excluding the birthday cake/cupcakes etc.) will result in a $50 charge.

Q. Do the 10 jumper/20 jumper packages include the birthday child?

A. Yes, the birthday child is included in this number, along with anyone who is jumping (siblings included). However, parents of the birthday child jump for FREE, and we DO NOT charge for parents, grandparents or friends to stay and watch.

Q. Do I have to put down a deposit when booking my party? Is it refundable?

A. Yes, we ask for a $100 deposit to reserve your spot. The deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to the party if you need to cancel. The remaining balance of the party will paid the day of the party at checkout.

Q. Can we order more pizza than the ones included in our package? How many slices does it have?

A. Yes, you are able to order more, as long as the order is placed 48 hours prior to your party. There are 10 slices in each large pizza.
